Paul Compton, partner with Compton Jones Dresher LLP, has been named Lawyer of the Year for 2023 in the area of financial services regulation law by Best Lawyers in America. He is the only Birmingham-area lawyer named in this practice area.
Compton practices in the area of capital markets, tax credits and regulatory matters for financial institutions, including mergers, acquisitions and formation of new banks and holding companies.
