Patrick Schach, an attorney in the Birmingham office of Littler, has been elevated to shareholder.

Schach advises and defends employers across a wide range of workplace law, including discrimination, harassment, wages and noncompete issues. Using efficient and creative solutions, Schach provides legal strategy in line with his clients’ business goals, while informing them of benefits and risks of legal responses to their specific labor and employment challenges.
Schach has represented management in various industries including manufacturing, construction, insurance, retail, higher education, staffing and health care.
When not working, Schach also volunteers at the men’s homeless shelter of Firehouse Ministries in Birmingham and was a volunteer elementary school teacher with Junior Achievement for almost a decade.
Schach earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Kentucky College of Law and his bachelor’s degree from Auburn University.
