Encompass plans rehab hospital near Cleveland

Birmingham-based Encompass Health Corp. plans to build a freestanding, 40-bed inpatient rehab hospital in Strongsville, Ohio, near Cleveland. Construction timeline will be announced later.  – Encompass Health

Second runway reopens at Huntsville airport

After a year-long renovation, Huntsville International Airport has reopened its second runway. The project included replacing runway pavement, lighting and wiring. The runway is the second-longest in the Southeast. – WHNT 19

Tipping Point Fund awards six grants

The Tipping Point Fund on Impact Investing announced that it will award approximately $950,000 in grants to six organizations working to increase impact transparency and accountability via public policy projects and initiatives. Grant recipients include B Lab, Opportunity Alabama, Pacific Community Ventures, Prosperity Now, Public Private Strategies Institute and the Urban Institute. – Tipping Point Fund
