Nicole Swiney has been promoted to senior director of Sales Operations, Network and Sales Development for Mspark, a marketing services company.
In her new role, Swiney will lead a variety of cross-functional areas and departments critical to the company’s sales, external partners and company as a whole. She will also lead the Network Sales team and Sales Training & Development, an area instrumental for onboarding new associates and encouraging existing sales associates’ growth within the company.
“Since joining Mspark in 2007, Nicole has demonstrated a commitment to the company with her strong work ethic and devotion to her craft,” said Mike Kowalczyk, senior vice president of national sales. “Her most recent work in Sales Operations has resulted in productivity enhancements and workflow improvement through collaboration, training and development.”
Prior to Sales Operations, Swiney served as a business analyst, in marketing as a strategist, in circulation as manager and in customer experience as an account manager.
Swiney is a University of Alabama at Birmingham graduate.
