Flourish, a full-service, Huntsville-based strategic marketing and public relations firm, recently hired Nicole Boonin and Allison Richter to support their growing efforts. Since its founding in 2018, Flourish has supported many companies in the Tennessee Valley community spanning the real estate, telecommunications, software, cybersecurity, advocacy, transportation and logistics, government contracting, entertainment and nonprofit sectors.

Boonin will serve as an account manager for Flourish, where she’ll oversee client relations, digital and social media strategy. After graduating with an undergraduate degree in Business Marketing, Boonin moved to Huntsville to pursue her marketing career where she held roles as a social media manager for a boutique marketing and design firm, a restaurant owner and event planner.
Richter joins Flourish as the team’s creative specialist, overseeing all graphic design and branding initiatives. Prior to her role with Flourish, Richter worked as a graphic designer in both the private and public industries.
“This past year has brought with it so many challenges,” said Nivens-Tannett. “But one thing we’re fortunate for is our team; they’ve fuelled our wins and supported our clients regardless of what was going on around us. We’re excited to see what the next year will bring.”
