New Jersey group buys Brook Highland Plaza in Birmingham

New Jersey-based First National Realty Partners has acquired Brook Highland Plaza in Birmingham, a 549,500-square-foot shopping center anchored by Sprouts Farmers Market and Lowe’s Home Improvement. Terms of the deal were not disclosed, but it follows the same firm’s purchase of Tannehill Promenade in Bessemer in February.  – Caryl Communications

 

Huntsville airport will see millions in improvements

The federal Airport Terminal Program has awarded Huntsville International Airport $10 million that will be used for improvements in the airport’s terminal. The plan is to replace elevators and escalators and add family restrooms, lactation rooms and a service animal relief area.  – WHNT 19

Montgomery’s Catalyst Center plans business program

Strong Coffee Strong Women is the title of an in-person and virtual event planned by Montgomery’s Catalyst Center and the Lab on Dexter Thursday.
