2 Birmingham industrial buildings sold
Two industrial buildings on Birmingham’s Messer Airport Highway have sold for $12.6 million. Coro Realty sold the buildings. The company purchased the buildings in early 2023 for $8.6 million. – AL.com

Australian-inspired café opens in Huntsville
Loona’s Café, which calls itself Huntsville’s first Australian-inspired café, opens today on Town Center Drive. The café will serve a limited menu of Australian brunch plates before opening later with a full menu. – Hville Blast
