Florida to Muscle Shoals flights are back
For the second year, Contour Airlines will offer direct flights from Northwest Alabama Regional Airport in Muscle Shoals to Pensacola during the summer. The airline will offer one flight each way on Wednesdays and Saturdays through Sept 5. – Hville Blast

Calhoun hosting manufacturing championship
Calhoun Community College in Decatur is hosting the Project MFG Advanced Manufacturing National Championship through Friday. The competition features four finalist teams selected from more than 70 schools.
