Jasper-based Pinnacle Bancshares has filed a lawsuit against Pinnacle Financial Partners, a Tennessee bank that recently merged with Synovus Bank. The lawsuit says the Tennessee company has caused confusion by operating as “Pinnacle.” — AL.com
