Mobile, Baldwin counties groups form new alliance

Six chambers of commerce are teaming with Coastal 150 to form the Coastal Business Alliance. The chambers are the Central Baldwin Chamber of Commerce, Eastern Shore Chamber of Commerce, Mobile Chamber, North Baldwin Chamber of Commerce, Saraland Chamber and the Southwest Mobile County Chamber. – Fox 10

 

Birmingham will have new marathon

Both the Mercedes Marathon and Magic City Marathon have ended in Birmingham, but the Railway Marathon and Half Marathon will take place Feb. 3, 2024. The event is presented by CraneWorks. – Bham Now

 

Big Bad Breakfast coming to Tuscaloosa

Big Bad Breakfast, the John Currence-owned and Mississippi-based breakfast restaurant, will open a location in Tuscaloosa. No opening date is set, but the location will be the chain’s sixth in Alabama. – Bama Buzz
