Mike Stover joins PCH Hotels & Resorts as director of talent & culture

Mike Stover has joined PCH Hotels & Resorts as director of talent & culture. Stover brings 25 years of experience in talent acquisition, human resources and employee engagement to the role. Stover will lead the PCH Hotels’ efforts to develop talent pipelines and workforce development initiatives and support corporate and property leaders in building company culture.

“This role is a perfect blend of my background and will focus on developing relationships with partners at universities, high schools and community resources to identify talent for our PCH portfolio properties. Additionally, the leadership of PCH is focused on taking care of every associate and guest while ensuring our core values are instilled throughout the company. Building and maintaining our company teams and culture is a very exciting opportunity,” said Stover.

“This role will work throughout the state and regionally to support education and skill-development programs to strengthen our workforce to support the hospitality industry, which is a significant economic development driver for Alabama. Hotels, restaurants, spa/wellness and golf employ a wide array of professionals in many different skill areas and we need more highly trained, hard-working associates to continue to grow,” said Stover.
