Michael Catalano has joined Baker Donelson as of counsel in the firm’s Corporate Group in Birmingham.
Catalano has more than 20 years of experience in various in-house leadership roles, including as chief operating officer. He has worked in health care, technology, gaming, government contracts, contract research, life sciences and engineering. He is experience in strategic acquisitions, negotiating software licensing and subscription agreements and negotiating and managing outsourcing transactions with cross-border technology partners.

Catalano is a graduate of Cumberland School of Law at Samford University, and holds an MBA from Vanderbilt University Owen Graduate School of Management. He earned his bachelor’s degree from DePauw University.
