Gulf Shores shopping center sells for $5.7 million

Paradise Isle Shopping Center, in Gulf Shores, has sold for $5.7 million to a Mobile company registered as Paradise Isle Holdings LLC. The sale was brokered by Merrill P. Thomas Co., a real estate firm in Mobile. Tenants at the center are Publix, AutoZone, Gulf Shores Methodist Church, among others.  – Al.com

New LivSmart Studios hotel in Huntsville receives building permits

The LivSmart Studios by Hilton Hotel has received its building permit for its Huntsville location on Cabela Drive, close to Bridge Street Town Centre. The $12.4 million project is set to be built by GCC Construction. Last week, LivSmart Studios held a groundbreaking ceremony for its Opelika location, its first Alabama location.  – Bama Buzz
