
Lee Holland has been promoted to president of Freedom Real Estate & Capital LLC in Huntsville. Holland, who joined Freedom in 2019, has most recently served as vice president, development and construction.
In his new role, Holland will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the company, including the development of key initiatives to drive the organization’s continued growth.
“Lee is a proven industry leader and has done an exceptional job enhancing our development and owner consulting business over the past five years,” said Bill Roark, Freedom CEO. “He understands the value of employee ownership and has the industry experience, skills and business acumen necessary to build on Freedom’s success and continue its growth trajectory moving forward.”
Holland has more than 28 years of construction industry experience, serving in senior leadership and management roles with multiple international construction companies. He has a bachelor’s degree in construction science from Texas A&M University.
Freedom Real Estate & Capital LLC was established in 2014 as a real estate investment organization. It is a sister company of Torch Technologies, a defense company also based in Huntsville. Both Freedom and Torch are wholly owned subsidiaries of Starfish Holdings.
