LBA Hospitality allies with 3H Group for expansion

The alliance capitalizes on the strengths of both hospitality management companies.

LBA Hospitality and 3H Group have formed a strategic alliance to expand their hotel management platforms. By forming the alliance, each company can capitalize on its respective strengths within the industry.

Dothan-based LBA Hospitality will expand its third-party hotel management program throughout the United States. The company has focused on the Southeast and Southwest in developing and operating some of the industry’s best-known brands under franchise licenses of Marriott International, Hilton Worldwide, Hyatt Corp. and InterContinental Hotel Group.

Chattanooga, Tennessee-based 3H Group will use the alliance to concentrate on hotel development, asset management and owner representation.

“This alliance is a strategic move in our overall growth that will position our companies for the future and will allow our teams to share best practices to achieve top performance within the hospitality industry,” said Hiren Desai, president and CEO of 3H Group.

The companies plan to focus first on identifying best practices, cost advantages and potential efficiencies of shared technology and human resources. 3H Group and LBA Hospitality will also share a regional office in Chattanooga, as well as keep the existing corporate headquarters of LBA Hospitality in Dothan.
