Lawsuit surrounding Alabama quarry filed in Indiana

A corporation set up by landowners of a quarry under construction in Limestone County has filed suit asking for $1.6 million in damages from groups and individuals they say have interfered with the quarry. Elephant R Us, the corporation, filed suit against Belle Mina Methodist Church, New Beginnings Covenant Ministries, Belle Mina Methodist pastor Cody Gilliam and Mitchell-Frazier Farms Partnership Limited. The suit was filed in Indiana because of publicity surrounding the quarry in Alabama. â€“ AL.com
