Karl Hopkins has joined Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP as a partner. Hopkins brings experience advising clients on C-suite-level organizational resiliency, security and cybersecurity issues. Hopkins is joined by a team that includes Sinan Pismisoglu as senior attorney, and Kevin Hulbert, Melissa Mahle and Michael Rogers as senior advisors.

Hopkins counsels clients on international strategy, business and political intelligence and security and threat analysis, and provides strategic advice regarding global operational risk. He and his team also provide advice related to due diligence and compliance investigations, risk assessments and threat analysis. He has worked with multinational clients and the oil and gas industry, as well as their suppliers.
