Tower Loan has promoted Jordon Tucker to supervisor of operations. In this role, he will oversee operations across Alabama. His duties include developing branch managers, strengthening teams and supporting continued growth and profitability throughout the region.
Tucker joined Tower Loan in 2019. Over the course of his career with the company, he has held several leadership roles, including co-manager in Shreveport, Louisiana, and branch manager in central Louisiana.
“I’m excited for this next step because of the challenge,” Tucker said. “I’ve always been someone who doesn’t give up. Even when the odds are against me, I believe I can do anything I put my mind to.”
Tucker is a Tower University graduate, completing the program in 2024.
Opened in 1936, Tower Loan has grown to include 260 offices with more than 1,000 employees providing tailored financial solutions to consumers.
