Jordan E. Dailey has joined Lightfoot, Franklin & White LLC in the firm’s Birmingham office as a lateral associate. Dailey brings eight years of experience representing clients in various types of litigation.
Before joining Lightfoot, Dailey was a litigation associate at a full-service firm in Georgia, where she defended public and private employers against claims of discrimination and wage and hour violations, as well as in multi-plaintiff litigation.
She also has represented school district clients in special education lawsuits brought under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act, Section 504 and the Americans with Disability Act, as well as personal injury lawsuits involving sovereign and official immunity.
She earned her J.D. from Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law and her bachelor’s degree from Auburn University.
