John Meriwether

John Meriwether has joined Progress Bank’s Birmingham bank as senior vice president, business banker.

A graduate of Auburn University, Meriwether has almost 17 years of banking experience, with most of that service in the Birmingham area. His experience includes real estate loans, portfolio management, commercial credit underwriting and commercial lending. He also has three years of experience working as an assistant project manager/controller for a contractor.
