Jeffrey Dary celebrates 1 year as an attorney advisor in the venture capital space. Dary advises startups and emerging-growth companies on formation, fundraising, contracts and M&A, and also represents venture investors.
With more than 10 years of experience in financial accounting and corporate law combined, he brings deep financial insight from prior roles in public, advisory and forensic accounting to his venture capital legal practice.
Before joining Hutchison, Dary practiced private equity law at Kirkland & Ellis. He holds a J.D. from Boston College, an M.S. in Accountancy from Northeastern and a B.S. in Business Administration from Stonehill College.
