Jason Alfano has been appointed chief technology officer of FIntegrate, a data-driven analytics company in Birmingham. The addition of Alfano to the executive team is part of FIntegrate’s expansion due to increased market demand for its predictive intelligence and automated risk scoring solutions for the financial industry. In his new role, he will oversee the research and development of all FIntegrate’s in-house and SaaS-based products and services.
Alfano brings two decades of experience in the financial services industry as a software engineer and lead systems developer to the role. Prior to joining FIntegrate, he served as senior vice president of development for API and data software solutions provider, NXTsoft, as well as chief technology officer and product development manager for Integrated Legacy Solutions. He also worked as software engineer manager for Jack Henry & Associates, managing multiple development teams across the U.S.
FIntegrate is also adding Makenzie Malone as marketing support coordinator, where she will oversee FIntegrate’s marketing campaigns and activities. She previously worked for TabX, an Alabama-based technology startup offering POS-specific app development.
“This is an exciting time for FIntegrate as we continue to revolutionize the industry’s view on the role of predictive intelligence and risk scoring capabilities in the collection and recovery market,” said Kris Bishop, CEO of FIntegrate. “We expect Jason’s caliber of expertise and Makenzie’s passionate approach to marketing will play a major role in extending the impact of our products and services and helping our clients better achieve sustained, long-term success while reducing costs and increasing portfolio revenue and recovery.”
