Jade Sipes has joined Burr & Forman as counsel in the Commercial Litigation Practice Group.
A University of Alabama School of Law graduate, Sipes’ experience includes representing clients in matters involving consumer protection laws, wrongful foreclosure claims and defense against charges of liability and fraud. She defends a diverse group of clients in claims arising under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Telephone Consumer Protection Act, Truth In Lending Act, Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act and Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act. She also represents clients in construction disputes and breach of contract actions.
She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Memphis and is a member of the Birmingham and American bar associations.
