Lightfoot Partner Jack Sharman has been named to the 2022 BTI Client Service All-Star ranking. Honorees are voluntarily singled out by corporate counsel for their work. Sharman was recognized in both the White-Collar Criminal Defense and Corporate Investigations practice areas.
Sharman is the first partner at Lightfoot to receive this competitive distinction. BTI’s ranking recognized 565 attorneys nationwide, with only 14 of those in the White-Collar Criminal Defense practice area and 17 in the Corporate Investigations area.
Beyond white-collar defense matters and corporate investigations, Sharman also counsels clients in arbitrations and mediations, internal disputes, securities and shareholders disputes, and in disputes related to director’s and officer’s liability.
Sharman has served as special counsel in several high-stakes government cases including the Whitewater investigation of President Bill Clinton, the impeachment investigation into a former Alabama governor and a continued investigation into actions by President Donald Trump during the 2020 election.
