iRocket will test at Marshall Space Flight Center
iRocket, a reusable rocket startup, will use testing and engineering facilities at NASA Marshall Space Flight Center in Huntsville. The company hopes to conduct its first on-the-ground engine firing test in September. The startup is based in New York.  – Tech Crunch
Charlotte Morris named president of Tuskegee University
Charlotte Morris, interim president of Tuskegee University since earlier this year, has been named president of the university effective Sunday. Morris has been at Tuskegee for 30 years, including as chief of staff and secretary to the board. She will be the school’s ninth president. – U.S. News & World Report
Dothan’s SpectraCare to pay $1 million to resolve lawsuit
Dothan’s SpectraCare Health Systems will pay $1 million to resolve a federal lawsuit alleging the company overcharged Medicaid. The company is contracted by the Alabama Department of Mental Health to provide services that are paid for by the Alabama Medicaid Agency. – Dothan Eagle
Drax increasing stake in Alabama company
The Drax Group announced plans to acquire 20% interest in Alabama Pellets LLC for $29.7 million in a deal with the Westervelt Co. The deal, expected to be finalized by the end of July, will increase Drax’s interest in the company to 90%. Drax is headquartered in the U.K.  – Woodworking Network
