Hyundai opens $14 million health center on campus

The Care Center will offer medical services and more

Inside Hyundai’s medical clinic on its Montgomery campus.

Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Alabama has opened a $14 million Care Center for its team members.

The center, located on the auto manufacturer’s Montgomery campus, will house a medical clinic, physical therapy clinic, an emergency response team, a fitness center and a team wear store, where team members will have easy access to work apparel.

“Our team members are the heart of this company, and this facility is an investment in keeping that heart healthy,” said Chris Susock, HMMA’s president and CEO. “This new facility is more than just a place for enhanced medical services; it’s a resource for wellness, fitness, physical therapy, fire prevention and emergency response.”

HMMA, which will celebrate its 20th anniversary in May, currently produces the Hyundai Santa Fe, Tucson and Santa Cruz and the Genesis GV70 and Electrified GV70.
