Hays Farm, a development near Redstone Arsenal, will include million-dollar homes and expanded commercial offerings. The additions come as development of the area continues with a new builder. Jeff Enfinger, who is developing the property with Jim and John Hays, started a home-building company to finish construction after Goodall Homes left the project. – AL.com

 

Mobile council signs long-term lease

The Mobile City Council approved a 100-year lease with a private developer that paves the way for construction of an office building and parking garage on the Civic Center site. The six-story building and 1,000-space garage would be regional headquarters for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. – Fox 10

JSU signs with Taymar Sales

Jacksonville State University athletics has signed with Taymar Sales U. for the North Carolina-based company to manage ticket sales and service for athletics events. Taymar already works with a number of universities in the state.   – Taymar Sales U.
