Huntsville-based Gradkell Systems Inc. has been awarded a $150 million contract to maintain and modernize the financial management system for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. The contract runs through March 19, 2029.  – Defense Daily

 

Subdivision parties to protest development plans

More than 100 people attended the Party for the Preserve in Hoover’s Preserve subdivision Sunday to protest a proposed revision to development plans for the community. Residents are protesting a proposal by Capstone Communities to add residential rental use to an area already zoned for commercial use.  – Hoover Sun
