Hoover City Schools has engaged NXTsoft for virtual chief information security officer services for the school system. School systems have been a target of cyber criminals of late, with one Alabama school system having to delay its start date due to the repercussions of a cyberattack.
Hoover City School’s approximately 3000 employees already utilize ThreatAdvice Cybersecurity Education and Awareness, micro-learning modules and phishing simulations that equip employees with the knowledge and tools necessary to be a first line of defense against cyberattacks.
