Harris Doyle Homes is now selling at The Mill, a new luxury townhome community in Opelika.
A Berkshire Hathaway company and member of Clayton Properties Group, Harris Doyle acquired Dilworth Homes in January, making Harris Doyle one of the largest residential new home builders in Alabama. That acquisition allowed the company to expand its footprint in the Auburn area, as well as provided an entry into the Baldwin County market.
The Mill is the first community Harris Doyle and Dilworth have launched in a joint effort, under the Harris Doyle brand. It will have a total of 62 townhomes, with floorplans featuring two or three bedrooms and 1,610 square feet of space. The townhomes will start in the low $200,000s.
“The Mill is going to be a great and affordable addition to the Opelika home market,” said Harris Doyle Homes Chief Development Officer Brooks Harris. “This is the first of many new communities Auburn will see from the new union of Harris Doyle and Dilworth, and we are excited for this new venture to start. We look forward to helping further develop and enrich the Auburn and Opelika home market for its residents.”
The Mill will be located off of Pepperell Parkway, close to restaurants, shopping and entertainment venues and with less than a 15-minute commute to Auburn University.
