1 O’Charley’s left in Alabama
The last Birmingham-area O’Charley’s has closed, leaving Alabama with just one location of the Nashville-based franchise. The Decatur location is O’Charley’s last in Alabama. A location in Prattville closed in September, and restaurants in Foley and Daphne are also closed. – AL.com

The gourmet cookie store Chip has opened its first Alabama location in Tuscaloosa. Known for its chocolate chip cookies, the store features other flavors that change weekly. The store is in Midtown Village.  – Bama Buzz
