In addition to responsibilities as managing partner, Hahn will maintain his own practice, which focuses on banking and finance, real estate, commercial contractors and materials suppliers. Hahn also has “extensive experience litigating and negotiating complex, multi-party commercial disputes, contractual disputes, receivership cases, complex real property and zoning litigation, shareholder disputes and other corporate governance litigation, and commercial fraud cases,” the firm said in announcing his new role.
