
W. Patton Hahn is the new managing shareholder at the Birmingham office of law firm Baker Donelson.
Hahn replaces Jenna Bedsole who has taken a post as general counsel and secretary for AutoZone.
Describing recent successes as a firm and at the Birmingham office, Baker Donelson‘s Chair and CEO Timothy M. In addition to responsibilities as managing partner, Hahn will maintain his own practice, which focuses on banking and finance, real estate, commercial contractors and materials suppliers. Hahn also has “extensive experience litigating and negotiating complex, multi-party commercial disputes, contractual disputes, receivership cases, complex real property and zoning litigation, shareholder disputes and other corporate governance litigation, and commercial fraud cases,” the firm said in announcing his new role.
Hahn is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute, the American Bar Association’s Forum on the Construction Industry, the Turnaround Management Association and the Construction Suppliers Association. He has been listed in Chambers USA, The Best Lawyers in America and the Mid-South Super Lawyers.
