Gulf State Pier open to public again
Nine months after closing for repair and renovations, the Gulf State Park Fishing and Education Pier has opened again to the public. The pier closed three years after Hurricane Sally caused extensive damage to the pier in 2020. – Bama Buzz

Alabama AT&T workers on strike
Alabama AT&T workers are among 17,000 who have gone on strike in the Southeast claiming unfair labor practices. Striking workers represented by the Communications Workers of America include technicians, customer service representatives and others. – News 19
