Atlanta-based Gray Television has agreed to purchase Meredith’s 17 TV stations, including WALA in Mobile, for $2.7 billion. The deal would make Gray one of the largest TV station owners in the country. –

Northport contractor building two Louisiana facilities
Northport general contractor Trax Development is partnering with Oschner Health to build two facilities that will manufacture personal protective equipment.
