Birmingham humane society files suit over data center
The Greater Birmingham Humane Society has filed a lawsuit over the proposed Nebius data center in Birmingham, asking a judge to review the center’s permits and approvals. The suit is against the city of Birmingham, Alabama ADC Holdings LLC and 201 Milan Birmingham LLC. The data center is planned next to GBHS’ planned animal welfare campus and veterinary hospital. — WVTM 13
