Florida group a 2nd contender to buy Austal USA

Wildcat Infrastructure, a Florida-based investment firm, has expressed interest in acquiring Mobile-based shipyard Austal USA for $1.25-$1.35 billion. That comes on the heels of South Korea’s Hanwha saying it was interested in buying Austal USA for up to $1.2 billion. — AL.com

Samford has record enrollment
