Ericka Gorman has joined Redstone Federal Credit Union as senior vice president, chief lending officer. She will oversee the consumer and business lending, business solutions, collections and mortgage areas.
Gorman has more than 20 years of credit union experience, previously working as chief operations officer at $1 billion-asset Great Lakes Credit Union in North Chicago, Illinois.
“We are very excited to have Ericka on board. Her experience and proven results related to member experience, operational efficiency and staff development are a perfect strategic fit for Redstone,” said Wayne Sisco, senior executive vice president and chief financial officer of Redstone.
In Illinois, Gorman led improvements of the credit union’s call center hold times; implemented change control processes and impacted organization efficiency through process improvements.
