Encompass building rehab hospital in Wisconsin
Birmingham-based Encompass Health is planning a 40-bed rehabilitation hospital in Fitchburg, Wisconsin. A second 36-bed facility is planned for Eau Claire. The company currently has no facilities in Wisconsin. – Wisconsin State Journal
Decatur company laying off 62
National Packaging Co. in Decatur will lay off 62 employees when it combines two plants into one. The company, which produces packaging materials, plans to implement the layoffs in August. – Patch

Aderholt to FAA: Strongly review chicken processing permit
