Emily Burke

Emily Burke has joined Maynard Cooper & Gale in the firm’s Insurance and Financial Services Litigation practice.

Prior to joining Maynard, she spent two years assisting employers with both state and federal investigations and litigation concerning employment and traditional labor law matters.

She earned her J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law and holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia, where she graduated magna cum laude.
