Doster Construction has completed work on the 268-unit Foundry Yards apartment complex near Birmingham’s Railroad Park and Regions Field.
Doster Construction broke ground for the project in 2019, working with the Novare Group from Atlanta. The project was designed by Niles Bolton Associates, also based in Atlanta.
The two buildings will include a mix of studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments, with parking, club room, fitness center, dog park and outdoor gathering areas.
Birmingham-based Doster was founded in 1969 and is consistently ranked among the top 400 contractors by Engineering News Record.
