Diandra “Fu” Debrosse Zimmermann joins DiCello Levitt's new Birmingham office.

Diandra “Fu” Debrosse Zimmermann has joined national plaintiffs’ law firm DiCello Levitt Gutzler as a partner in its new Birmingham, Alabama office and member of the firm’s public client, environmental, mass tort, civil rights, and trial practice groups.

Debrosse has been nationally recognized throughout her career for having successfully litigated mass tort, class action, product liability, discrimination, and civil sexual assault claims. She currently represents those exposed to Paraquat, an herbicide thought to cause Parkinson’s disease, and also represents victims of civil rights violations, defective products, and other wrongful conduct. Earlier in her career, Debrosse represented dozens of cities and counties in Alabama, Georgia, and Mississippi against opioid manufacturers and distributors. She has also recovered more than $30 million in damages for victims of catastrophic personal injury, product liability, employment discrimination, and civil sexual assault claims.

Fluent in French and Haitian Creole, and proficient in Spanish, Debrosse received her undergraduate degree from the City College of the City University of New York and her law degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law.
