Derek Trotter has joined Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP as a senior advisor in the Governmental Affairs and Economic Development practice groups.
Trotter has more than 16 years of experience in Alabama government and politics, including more than a decade combined as a senior staff member for the governor of Alabama and president pro tempore of the Senate. A graduate of Auburn University, he has been instrumental in the passage and enactment of numerous major public policy initiatives.
