Darrin Tyre

Darrin Tyre, SPHR, CLRL, SHRM-SCP, PHR, is the new director of human resources for Cerrowire, headquartered in Hartselle. Tyre will oversee employee relations, hiring and retention and employee development programs for the company’s four facilities across the U.S.

With more than 20 years of human resources management experience, Tyre brings a strong understanding of HR in the manufacturing environment. Previously he worked for West Fraser Lumber Manufacturing, Hino Motors Manufacturing and MINACT.

He has a master’s degree from Mississippi State University and a bachelor’s degree from Talladega College. He also holds a number of professional certifications.
