Danny Lipford will retire later this year, and Chelsea Lipford Wolf will take over leadership of Today’s Homeowner Media.

Danny Lipford, president of Today’s Homeowner Media, based in Mobile, has announced plans to retire later this year.

After 35 years in the media business and after being on national television 25 years, Lipford has hosted and produced more than 1,000 TV shows, 800 radio shows and traveled all 50 states.

While no new TV episodes will be produced, all 25 seasons will be available for streaming at TodaysHomeowner.com, Freevee, the Roku Channel, LG Smart TVs and more. Lipford will continue to host his weekly two-hour “Today’s Homeowner” radio show, and “Tips for Today’s Homeowner” radio features through the end of 2023, with the final show and features airing Dec. 25.
