Harris Vacations announces Daniel Galbraith as chief operating officer. Galbraith brings more than 15 years of experience in finance, insurance and real estate management to Harris Vacations.
Over the past two years, Harris Vacations has experienced amazing growth, more than 40% each year. ”Bringing Daniel on will give us the operational capacity to continue to pursue being exceptional in our vacation management business, delivering the quality of service that we promise our clients and that we hold ourselves personally accountable to,” said Brian Harris, Harris Vacations owner and CEO.
Galbraith joins Morris Neeb, chief financial officer, and Elisabeth Yoho, chief people officer, to round out the executive team. “We’re very excited to have Daniel on board. His depth of experience, knowledge and management capabilities will complement our growing management team,” Harris added.
Born and raised in the suburbs of Birmingham, Galbraith grew up spending family vacations on the white sandy beaches of Perdido Key. Upon graduating from The University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa, Galbraith moved to Baldwin County. He serves on the board of directors for the South Alabama Land Trust and the Fairhope Point Clear Rotary Youth Club. He lives on Fish River with his wife, Addie, and their two boys, Fisher (7) and Shepherd (4), and they like to spend time enjoying God’s creation hunting, swimming, fishing and boating.
Harris Vacations has been helping families create their dream beach vacation for over three decades and, as a leading property management company, strives for the same excellence as its owners. With more than 135 vacation homes and condos, from Fort Morgan beach cottages to full-service resorts like the Beach Club and Martinique, and beach homes in the West Beach area of Gulf Shores and on Little Lagoon, the company maintains its customer-focused business practices and beliefs.
