Birmingham-based Corporate Realty, the real estate development and management company whose projects include The Star Uptown (including the new amphitheater), Edgehill at Southtown and Regions Field and the surrounding parkside area in downtown Birmingham, is rebranding as CR Endeavors.
The new company includes Corporate Realty’s associated companies, Home Communities and Healthcare Resources.
“This evolution signifies a new chapter in Corporate Realty’s storied history,” said CEO Robert Simon. “As we expand at an unprecedented pace, we endeavor to do more, achieve more and build best-in-class, purpose-driven real estate in our mission to transform communities. Each endeavor we undertake is a new opportunity to create a ripple effect that fosters growth and enriches lives. CR Endeavors unites us as one cohesive entity.”
With the rebranding, CR Endeavors plans to expand its geographic footprint and broaden its focus areas, according to a news release from the company.
“Strategically, we have always approached our projects with a collaborative mindset,” said Chief Strategy Officer Christy Roddy. “By aligning our efforts under CR Endeavors, we are better positioned to deliver integrated, innovative solutions that create lasting impact and strengthen our relationships across the communities we serve.”
Jimmy Holloway, president of CR Endeavors, said the new branding is “more than a name change” and represents a “unification.”
“Historically, we have been recognized for prominent public-private projects like Regions Field and Railroad Park,” Holloway said. “However, those projects are just one facet of CR Endeavors. Our expertise extends to multi-family, health care and active adult developments. … Now, through a single name and viewpoint, we can provide more tactical expertise and inclusive services.”
