Command Alkon acquires Marcotte Systems

The acquisition expands the company’s plant automation and AI-driven products

Birmingham-headquartered Command Alkon, a software provider for the heavy building materials industry, has acquired Marcotte Systems, which specializes in advanced plant automation and AI-driven technologies.

The Marcotte team, including Bardier, will join Command Alkon, ensuring continuity for customers and projects and leveraging the expertise of Marcotte’s employees.
