Colony Woods apartments sells for $71 million

Colony Woods, a 414-unit multifamily property in Birmingham’s Cahaba Heights, has been sold for $71.4 million. Forum Investment Group sold the property to Arcan Capital in a deal arranged by Cushman & Wakefield. — BusinessWire
