Claire Johnson

Claire Johnson has joined Balch & Bingham in its Environmental and Natural Resources Practice in the Birmingham office.

Johnson counsels large utilities and industrial and manufacturing companies in environmental regulatory compliance, environmental permitting and environmental litigation.

She earned her J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School, where she was the development editor of the Environmental Law and Policy Annual Review, as well as president of the Energy and Environmental Law Society.
