$61 million development in Birmingham to begin construction

Construction on The Tracks, a $61 million multifamily development in Birmingham near the Rotary Trail, will begin construction this month. The project, built on five acres, is expected to be completed in summer 2024.  – Bham Now

Northwest-Shoals offering half-tuition scholarship

Beginning this fall, students at Northwest-Shoals Community College can have half their tuition paid if they meet certain GPA and course-load requirements. The Continuing Excellence Scholarship will be available to students at the school’s Muscle Shoals and Phil Campbell campuses. – News 19
